We know and understand how valuable counseling and therapy can be, so please don't think we are negating this all together.  As a Christian, we believe it is important to seek out a counselor or therapist who also knows the Word of God and counsels with the Holy Spirit.  There are times and seasons when professional help may be needed.  What we are sharing in this episode is our belief that with or without professional help, we believe God created us for community and having friends and leaders who will befriend, pastor, mentor, and pray with and for us -- will help in maintaining our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health on a more consistent basis!

We were made for relationship - with God, and with each other! Thank you for praying with us!
We'll be back next week!
Until then,
Be Blessed!
